Who is it for?
It is available to ALL adults in England, aged 19 and over, whatever your prior skills, qualifications or current employment status.
How can you access Next Step?
You will be able to access the service:
- Online www.direct.gov.uk/nextstep or search for Next Step;
- By calling 0800 100 900 and speaking to an adviser or arranging a face-to-face advice session - booked either at your local Next Step centre, through a Next Step telephone adviser or by e-mail via the website.
